Warranty :

We provide 12 months warranty for your phone (All accessories are not in the warranty range) if the problem is not caused by artificial damage or improper use.
But we don’t offer warranty if customer detach the phone or repaired the phone without permission. Please show me the clear video if you have any after-service problems.

Receive parcels:

Please open the parcel in post officer"s presence,If the parcel damaged or empty(stolen),please ask the post office to provide official document ,especially the claim request paper .and please take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.

Payment :

the cost of return or lost parcel would be on buyer due to reject the customs clearance,we don’t accept dispute of customs problem.

Sell after service:

1.Items returned within 15 days after delivery can be replaced or refund.
2.Items returned after 15 days to one month after delivery ,no refund,only repair,for full refund,please send back the product with full accessories in the package;for repair or replace,please send only the phone without any accessories.
